Here are a few of the latest pictures I took while working on a Focusing assignment for a photo class I am taking. These photos are all SOOC, meaning Straight Out Of Camera with no editing. It felt great to take advantage of the light coming into Brantley's bedroom and know how to use it to capture some cute & precious moments of him!! And best of all, no time needed to spend editing them afterwards!!

One final post for the day I promise! Just trying to play catch up in my "down" time...oh wait I don't have any anymore with a 7.5 month old in the house!! Anyways, here are a couple of the pictures from their Christmas session where these 2 actually acted as if they like each other a little! These 2 beautiful girls are my nieces, Ella-6 & Maya-3. I easily learned that photographing a 6-year old & 3-year old together is not an easy task, even if you are their favorite auntie!!

I am happy to say that I finally have a blog page up & running! Here, I will be documenting my photography journey through posts & photos. I am also in the process of creating my very own website to display & showcase my portfolio, investment information for sessions, & it will also have a link to this blog page as well!! I have added some highlights from past sessions for your viewing pleasure! I am hoping to share at least one post each week, in addition to session highlights that will also be posted after editing. We will see if I can achieve this goal along with the crazy busy life I am delighted to say is mine!!
I did this fun holiday-themed session with my son Brantley for Valentine's Day 2013. He is growing so fast & seems to get bigger and do new things everyday! It is so fun to capture his personality on camera! He was 7 months old during this photo session in early February.

Here are a few of my favorites from Carter & Abby's engagement session last Fall 2012. Carter is my husband's cousin & I was privileged enough to take their engagement photos at his grandparents family farm. We had a lot of fun on this shoot despite that it was a cloudy, rainy, overcast day!!
